Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a MyChart Support Analyst to join a healthcare client’s Information Services Service Desk on a 3-6 month contract in Columbus, OH.

The role provides frontline support for patients and end users leveraging Epic and MyChart, assists with account access issues, and troubleshoots application-related concerns in a fast-paced environment. Epic MyChart experience is preferred, but quick learners with healthcare IT support background will be considered.

Description

A healthcare client is seeking a MyChart Support Analyst to join its Information Services Service Desk team on a 3-6 month contract engagement. This resource will provide frontline support for patients and end users utilizing Epic & MyChart, assist with account access issues, and troubleshoot application-related concerns. The ideal candidate possesses strong customer service skills, healthcare IT support experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced support environment. Epic MyChart experience is highly preferred; however, strong healthcare service desk professionals with the ability to quickly learn MyChart will be considered.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Columbus, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
