Job summary
ClinDCast LLC seeks an experienced Epic MyChart Analyst to support configuration, implementation, testing, and ongoing optimization of Epic MyChart. The role involves configuring workflows, analyzing requirements, and ensuring production support across MyChart modules.
You will collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams, participate in upgrades, and create technical documentation to guide Epics deployments and ongoing enhancements.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Epic MyChart experience.
- Epic MyChart certification preferred/required.
- Strong experience with MyChart configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Epic workflows and integrations.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Configure Epic MyChart functionality and workflows.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Epic system solutions.
- Perform build, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Support MyChart features including patient access, proxy access, messaging, appointments, questionnaires, and eCheck-In.
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams.
- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and issue resolution.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and workflow specifications.
