Job summary

A health system in Florida is seeking an experienced Epic Analyst to serve as a primary support contact for application end-users. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary support contact for application end-users; identify issues and resolve them.
• Design, develop, implement, and maintain the Epic MyChart configuration and workflows.
• Support all phases of testing and document workflow design.
• Analyze information technology in clinical work processes and validate impacts to the workflow.
• Provide day-to-day application support, evaluate and resolve service tickets.
• Collaborate with trainers on application changes and new features.
• Assist with analyzing the impact of information technology in clinical work processes.
• Participate in on-call rotations and support.
