Job summary

Insight Global seeks an Epic Patient Experience Analyst to optimize patient engagement across care journeys using MyChart and related Epic applications. You will align clinical, operational, and patient experience teams to improve portal adoption and satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on MyChart support, HIPAA/privacy knowledge, and strong project management capabilities within healthcare settings.

Qualifications

• Epic Certification in MyChart or related Patient Experience app is required.
• 3+ years in Epic analyst, healthcare IT, or application support roles.
• Hands-on MyChart Patient Portal support experience.
• Experience with patient-facing technologies and digital engagement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of patient and family communication workflows.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, privacy regulations, and proxy access.
• Experience with workflow analysis, testing, and optimization.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• 2+ years of project management experience.

Insight Global is looking for an Epic Patient Experience Analyst who understands how technology can improve patient engagement before, during, and after care. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with MyChart and patient-facing Epic applications and understands the intersection of patient communication, privacy requirements, digital engagement, and operational workflows. Strong candidates will have experience supporting MyChart Bedside, Care Companion, Cheers Campaigns, Welcome Kiosks, or other patient engagement technologies. They need someone who can work with clinical, operational, and patient experience teams to create seamless communication experiences while improving portal adoption, patient satisfaction, and overall engagement throughout the care journey.

Skills and Requirements

• Epic Certification in MyChart or applicable Patient Experience application
• 3+ years of Epic analyst, healthcare IT, or application support experience
• Hands-on experience supporting MyChart Patient Portal
• Experience with MyChart Bedside, MyChart Care Companion, or patient engagement platforms
• Strong understanding of patient and family communication workflows
• Experience supporting patient-facing technologies, campaigns, or digital engagement initiatives
• Knowledge of patient privacy regulations, proxy access, consent management, and HIPAA requirements
• Experience with workflow analysis, application configuration, testing, and optimization
