The role includes assessment of optimization efforts to meet patient safety, quality of care, revenue capture, and efficient operations across the system.

The Senior Application Analyst may serve as a Helios liaison to clinical or business departments, following Henry Ford Health standards and processes.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree / two years of college required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Requires more than two years of strong experience in one of the following: Technical experience, Clinical experience, or Revenue experience.
• Technical experience includes design, build, testing, debugging problems, and ongoing technical support; able to articulate workflows and processes.
