Job summary

Henry Ford Health is seeking a Senior Application Analyst-Epic to participate in the design, implementation, training, documentation, operation, and support of Epic MyChart/EpicCare Link systems across the enterprise.

The role requires 2+ years of IT or clinical workflow experience, knowledge of clinical workflows, and Epic accreditation or commitment to obtain certification within 6 months of hire to support patient safety, revenue capture, and efficient, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or two years of college; Bachelor's preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in IT or clinical workflows.
• Epic accreditation or certification within first 6 months of hire.
• Strong knowledge of clinical workflows and revenue cycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Participate in design, implementation, training, documentation, operation, and support of Epic applications.
• Contribute to optimization of clinical or business applications.
• Serve as Helios liaison to clinical/business departments across the system.
• Ensure patient safety, revenue capture, and efficient operations.
