Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports the needs of their application.
• Acts as Helios liaison and participates in key meetings to develop best practices for the application.
• Resolves issues escalated through Help Desk and ensures high levels of service and coverage for critical problems.
• Promotes standards and best practices across teams and aligns configurations with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborates with IT, Helios, and Operations to ensure systems align with policies and workflows.
