Job summary

Henry Ford Health System in Detroit seeks an IT Senior Digital Analyst Solution Architect to design and advance a customer-facing digital solutions environment. You will guide a team, review data warehouse quality, and support production and new projects in a 24x7 environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred), 9 years of experience (5 in healthcare), expertise in .NET, SQL Server, Java, Hadoop and Python, and familiarity with Epic Clarity and Cogito.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Advanced degree preferred.
9 years of applicable work experience required; 5 years healthcare experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of software engineering approaches in design, build, test, debugging, and support.
Experience with Epic Clarity and Epic Cogito preferred.
Deep expertise with .NET, SQL Server, Java, Hadoop, Python, and open source tech.
HIPAA data privacy and security requirements.
Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Analytical, flexible problem-solving.
Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time-management.
Excellent written and oral communication; team oriented.
Experience with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Responsibilities

Develop and enhance a Customer Facing Digital Solutions environment including design and architecture.
Provide direction to less experienced team members; lead production support and new projects.
Review data loaded into the data warehouse for accuracy; troubleshoot applications and data issues.
Research new applications and determine viability for adoption; establish development standards.
Evaluate existing data warehouse subject areas and incorporate into an enterprise model.
Troubleshoot application and data issues in a 24x7 production environment.
