Job summary

Henry Ford Health is seeking a Senior Application Analyst to participate in the design, implementation, training, documentation, operation, and support of Clinical or Business applications and reports across the Henry Ford Health system. You will assess optimization efforts to meet goals including patient safety and revenue capture, working with Helios and clinical departments.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• More than two years of experience in design, build, testing, debugging and support.
• Clinical workflows experience and IT solutions integration.
• Epic accreditation or certification within first 6 months of hire to continue employment.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports the needs of their application.
• Identifies inefficiencies and recommends improvements to application design.
• Provides ongoing operational support post-implementation.
• Promotes standards and best practices across Helios teams.
• Resolves issues escalated through the Help Desk and ensures uptime and performance.
