Job summary

The University of Miami Health System (UHealth) IT Department seeks a Full-Time Epic Analyst for MyChart to join a collaborative team. You will assist Associate Epic Analysts, optimize configuration and access, and support end-user needs across the clinical workflow.

Core duties include issue identification, design and implementation of Epic MyChart configurations, testing support, and cross-functional collaboration with trainers and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
• Epic MyChart Certification required
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to lead, train, and motivate others

Responsibilities

• Serve as a support contact for end-users
• Identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Design, implement, and maintain Epic MyChart configuration
• Support testing and document workflow designs
• Analyze IT impact on clinical work processes
• Provide day-to-day application support and manage service tickets
• Collaborate with trainers on changes and new features
• Participate in on-call rotations and project meetings
