Job summary

Intermountain Health seeks a Senior IT Analyst focused on Epic MyChart and Patient Experience applications to enhance patient digital interactions. You will configure MyChart workflows, test results releases, proxy access, activation, and eCheck-in while collaborating with clinical operations, Compliance, Privacy, and HIM on patient access and consent decisions.

The role supports remote work with some on-site presence yearly, working Monday to Friday, 8AM–5PM, and requires Epic MyChart

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, healthcare, business, or related field.
• Epic MyChart certification required; 4 years of related experience preferred.
• Active Epic certification(s) and healthcare IT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Documents workflow changes and technical designs to meet business requirements.
• PM responsibilities for mid-size projects with multiple teams.
• Coordinate with vendors for third-party app integration and support.
• Develop testing plans and scripts; ensure system integrity.
