• Design, build, and optimize Epic Healthy Planet solutions for population health and care coordination.
• Lead testing/validation of registry logic, care plan triggers and reporting outputs.
• Partner with care management, population health, and clinical leadership to translate program strategy into scalable Epic configurations.
• Mentor junior analysts, review builds, and contribute to SOPs and onboarding.
• Manage agile backlog items and liaison with governance committees.
