Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Epic Analyst to lead the design, build, and optimization of Epic Healthy Planet and Care Coordination solutions. You will partner with clinical and operational leaders to translate program goals into scalable workflows.

You will mentor junior analysts, oversee testing, and ensure accurate data feeds for dashboards and reporting. This full‑time role requires strong Epic expertise and a track record in population health and care management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Information Systems, Nursing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
4+ years of Epic experience, with substantial hands-on work in Healthy Planet and/or care coordination/care management modules.
Epic certification(s) in Healthy Planet, Care Everywhere, Ambulatory or related modules required or strongly preferred.
Demonstrated experience designing workflows for population health, care management, or value-based care programs.
Strong understanding of transitions-of-care processes and cross-continuum care delivery.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain Healthy Planet registries, care plans, care teams, and health maintenance topics to support population health and value-based care initiatives.
Configure and optimize risk stratification tools, care gap identification, and outreach workflows within Healthy Planet.
Lead testing and validation of Healthy Planet builds to ensure accuracy of registry logic, care plan triggers, and reporting outputs.
