Job summary

Emplify Health by Bellin seeks an IT Instructional Designer Associate to create and deliver Epic training programs for end users and IT professionals. You will partner with technical teams and stakeholders to improve technology adoption and system effectiveness.

Based in Green Bay with hybrid options, the role involves developing training content, assisting with program design, and delivering sessions for standard packages and productivity tools.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation abilities.
• Ability to develop clear, user-friendly documentation and training materials.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A passion for helping others learn and succeed.
• Experience creating e-learning or instructional materials a plus.
• Prior Epic experience also a plus.

Responsibilities

• Involved in training needs assessment processes and vendor selection.
• Collaborates with IT and business to identify training needs for applications.
• Develops documentation for custom and packaged applications.
• Assists in design of training programs, classes, CBTs and online help.
• Delivers training for standard packages and productivity tools.
• Performs work under direct supervision; handles basic issues.
