Emplify Health by Bellin seeks an IT Instructional Designer Associate to create and deliver Epic training programs for end users and IT professionals. You will partner with technical teams and stakeholders to improve technology adoption and system effectiveness.

Based in Green Bay with hybrid options, the role involves developing training content, assisting with program design, and delivering sessions for standard packages and productivity tools.

Description

Emplify Health is seeking an IT Instructional Designer Associate to join our IT Applications team. In this role, you will help create and deliver engaging Epic training programs that support end users and IT professionals across the organization.

You’ll partner with technical teams and business stakeholders to develop learning solutions that improve technology adoption, user confidence, and overall system effectiveness.

Job Specifics:

Location:1920 Libal St, Green Bay, WI 54301, Remote eligible role for residents of WI or MI. Must be within a close driving distance of Green Bay, WI for onsite business needs and/or trainings.
FTE Status: 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week)
Work Schedule:Days | Monday - Friday

• Education : Bachelors Degree in IT, Business, Healthcare or a related field, or equivalent years of experience and education

• Develops documentation for custom applications and packaged applications, using a variety of mediums as needed.
• Assists in the design of training programs, classes, workshops, and Computer Based Training (CBT) and on-line help.
• Delivers training programs for standard packages and productivity tools.
• Performs work under direct supervision.
• Handles basic issues and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
