Qualifications

• Epic certification, accreditation, or proficiency in one or more applicable Epic applications required or preferred based on the specific position.
• Epic data analytics tools are Required: Cogito, Cogito Tools Administration, Caboodle, Clarity, Access, Revenue, Clinical Data Models.
• Experience with Epic reporting tools: Reporting Workbench, Radar dashboards, SlicerDicer.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support, maintenance, optimization, and enhancement of Epic apps across clinical, revenue cycle, and access areas.
• Perform build/configuration, upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, and change management for software releases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor less-experienced members, and lead smaller projects.
• Apply workflow knowledge to evaluate needs, recommend solutions, and improve utilization.
