Job summary

MultiCare Health System in the Pacific Northwest seeks a Consulting Analyst to join IT operations, delivering implementation, optimizations and support for Epic-based applications across the health system.

You will lead groups of initiatives, provide second-level incident support, and troubleshoot complex vendor-level issues while applying advanced knowledge in at least two Epic modules, with MS Office proficiency expected.

Qualifications

BA/BS in computer science/IT or related field required; applicable experience may be considered in lieu of degree
Epic Certification/Accreditation in at least two applications preferred
Epic Proficiency with Certification level scores in at least 2 applications within first 3 months in role
Minimum four (4) years of professional experience in information services/healthcare industries preferred
Microsoft Office Proficiency

Responsibilities

Lead groups of various initiatives linked to the application and/or process improvements
Provide incident/issue support through data gathering
Troubleshoot and resolve vendor-level complexity Tier 2 application-specific issue build/fixes
Complete the most complex applications build/fixes
Apply advanced knowledge in at least two Epic modules
