CHRISTUS Health is seeking a Clinical Informatics Systems Analyst II to help operate and administer clinical information systems across a large multi-regional health system. The role focuses on incident and change management under ITIL, enhancing workflow and clinical content to improve patient safety.

The analyst will collaborate across enterprise to deploy updates, support end users, and ensure alignment with ministry needs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of clinical/technical application experience.
• Epic certification or accreditation preferred (may be required to certify within first 6 months of hire).

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Clinical Informatics to drive enterprise goals and vision for the department and CHRISTUS Health.
• Collaborate to standardize workflows and clinical content across ministries to improve patient safety and efficiency.
• Identify infrastructure-related issues contributing to clinical application problems and coordinate resolutions.
• Develop, test, implement, support, and maintain assigned clinical applications and business processes to meet requirements.
• Provide on-going end user support during upgrades, new releases, and feature enhancements.
