Job summary

CHRISTUS Health is seeking a Clinical Informatics Systems Analyst I to help operate and administer clinical information systems across a large multi-regional system. You will work with clinical and technical teams to optimize workflows, provide incident and change management under ITIL, and support upgrades and new releases of key clinical applications.

The role requires strong healthcare knowledge, data management skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of related clinical/technical experience.
• Preferred 1–3 years in clinical information systems.
• Epic certification/accreditation preferred.
• Strong knowledge of clinical information systems and data management.

Responsibilities

• Operates and administers clinical information systems.
• Supports incident, change and problem management per ITIL.
• Collaborates with clinical and technical teams to improve workflows.
• Develops, tests, implements and maintains clinical applications.
• Provides upgrade support and communicates changes to end users.
• Fosters cross-ministry relationships to meet business needs.
