CHRISTUS Health, headquartered in Irving, TX, seeks a Clinical Informatics Systems Analyst I to support Epic inpatient order workflows. The role collaborates with clinical and IT teams to optimize workflows, perform analyses, and drive end-user adoption of enhancements.

Responsibilities include testing and maintaining clinical applications, providing user support during upgrades, and communicating changes while performing gap analyses to inform improvements.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of clinical/technical application experience strongly preferred.
• 1-3 years of clinical information systems experience preferred.
• Epic certification preferred (may be required within 90 days of hire).
• Valid driver's license.

Mansioni

• Develop, test, implement and maintain assigned clinical applications and business processes.
• Provide ongoing end user support for upgrades, new releases and enhanced functionality.
• Perform in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection and technical issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and elevate complex issues as appropriate.
• Communicate system changes, workflow changes and downtime procedures to clinical end users.
• Complete basic gap analysis and provide recommendations in assigned application.
