Job summary

CHRISTUS Health is seeking a Clinical Informatics Systems Analyst I to support operation and administration of clinical information systems across a large multi-regional health system. This role focuses on incident, change, and problem management per ITIL, with minimal supervision and a strong clinical systems background.

You will collaborate with clinicians and IT to optimize workflows, ensure patient safety, and deliver new features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of clinical/technical application experience in lieu of degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of clinical information systems experience preferred.
• Epic certification/accreditation preferred (may be required to certify within 90 days of hire).
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Clinical Informatics colleagues across CHRISTUS Health to drive strategic goals and vision.
• Develop, test, implement, support, and maintain assigned clinical applications and business processes.
• Provide ongoing end-user support with upgrades, new releases, and enhanced functionality.
• Assist with communication of system changes, new functionality, workflow updates, and downtime procedures.
