Jupiter Medical Center seeks an experienced Epic Inpatient Application Analyst to configure and support Inpatient Order Entry, Provider Documentation, and Infection Control within the Epic EHR. You will liaise with end users, operations leaders, and Epic staff to design, build, test, and optimize assigned applications.

The role requires healthcare IT knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to manage medium to high complexity projects with minimal guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in clinical, informatics, computer science, information systems, business computer systems, or equivalent healthcare/IT experience.
• Epic Certified in respective application upon hire or within 9 months of employment.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• RN degree preferred but not required.
• Experience with inpatient order entry, documentation, or infection control systems.
• Knowledge of inpatient clinical operations and workflows.
• Familiarity with NHSN antimicrobial data and infection control workflows.

Responsabilités

• Configure and support Inpatient Order Entry, Provider Documentation and Infection Control apps within Epic.
• Serve as liaison between end-users, leaders, and vendors to design, build and optimize applications.
• Analyze business issues/requirements and workflows to meet organizational needs.
• Lead medium to high complexity implementation tasks with testing and documentation.
• Maintain regular communication with Epic representatives and project teams.
• Support end users and troubleshoot issues; provide training.
• Monitor progress with leadership and project milestones.
