Job summary

Jupiter Medical Center in Palm Beach County, FL is seeking an Epic Inpatient Application Analyst to configure and support Inpatient Order Entry, Provider Documentation and Infection Control within the Epic EHR.

You will partner with end users, clinical leaders and Epic staff to design, test, document, and implement medium to high complexity workflows, ensuring alignment with hospital operations and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in clinical, informatics, CS, IS, or related field; healthcare/IT experience acceptable.
• Epic certification within 9 months of hire or within onboarding period.
• Experience with inpatient order entry, documentation, and infection-control systems.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Inpatient Order Entry, Provider Documentation and Infection Control in Epic.
• Serve as liaison between end users, operations, and Epic staff; design, test and implement workflows.
• Troubleshoot issues, document changes, and guide user training and adoption.
