Jupiter Medical Center in Palm Beach County seeks an experienced Epic Inpatient Application Analyst to configure and support Inpatient Order Entry, Provider Documentation, and Infection Control modules within the Epic EHR.

This role serves as a liaison among end users, operations leaders, and Epic staff to design, build, and optimize critical applications, ensuring timely execution and high quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in clinical, Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Computer Systems, or equivalent experience in healthcare or IT related field.
• Epic Certification in respective application upon hire or within 9 months of employment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• RN degree preferred but not required.
• Experience with inpatient order entry, documentation, and infection control systems.
• Knowledge of inpatient clinical operations and workflows.

Responsabilités

• Act as primary support contact for application end-users.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting the Epic applications and related workflows.
• Guide workflow design, build, and testing within Epic modules.
• Implement requested changes and liaise between end users and Epic staff.
• Maintain regular communication with Epic representatives and project teams.
• Understand operational needs to shape organization workflows and project deliverables.
• Participate in training and onboarding of end users.
• Troubleshoot problems and track status with leadership.
