Jupiter Medical Center Physicians Group, Inc. in Florida is seeking an Epic Inpatient Application Analyst to configure and support Inpatient Order Entry, Provider Documentation and Infection Control within the Epic EHR.

You will liaise with end users, operational leaders, and Epic staff to design, build, and optimize assigned applications. The role requires Epic certification, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of inpatient workflows, NHSN reporting and antimicrobial stewardship.

Qualifications

• Epic Certified in respective application upon hire or obtain within 9 months of employment.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Preferred but not required RN degree.
• Prior analyst experience with inpatient order entry, provide documentation and/or infection control systems.
• Work history/knowledge of inpatient clinical operations and workflows (e.g., order entry, provider documentation).
• Strong understanding of physician orders and downstream integrated workflows initiated from orders.
• Familiarity with EpicCare Order Entry, Provider Documentation & Bugsy a plus.
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements for NHSN Antimicrobial Usage and Resistance module (AUR).
• Familiarity with how antimicrobials are ordered and dispensed.

Responsabilités

• Configure and support Inpatient Order Entry, Provider Documentation and Infection Control applications within Epic EHR.
• Serve as a liaison between end-users, operational leaders, support resources and vendors to design, build and optimize assigned applications.
• Provide application support and optimization; analyze business issues and workflows to meet needs.
• Collaborate with customers and project teams on testing, documentation and implementation of medium to high complexity activities.
• Attend site visits and integrated sessions to understand operational needs and workflows.
• Participate in training and end-user education; troubleshoot problems and questions.
• Review project status with leadership; hold weekly communications on deliverables, issues, budget and milestones.
• Identify issues impacting other teams and work to resolve them; maintain regular communication with Epic representatives.
