Job summary

Jupiter Medical Center in Florida is seeking an Epic Inpatient Application Analyst to configure and support Inpatient ClinDoc apps within the Epic EHR. You will liaise between end-users, operational leaders, and Epic staff to design, build, test, and optimize the assigned applications with high quality.

Strong healthcare knowledge and Epic expertise are essential. The role requires Epic Certification upon hire or within 9 months, plus experience with inpatient clinical workflows and Microsoft

Qualifications

• Epic Certified in respective application upon hire or within 9 months.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional.
• Prior analyst experience with inpatient clinical systems.
• Knowledge of inpatient clinical operations (order entry, clinical documentation).
• Experience with Clinical Documentation Inc., Stork L&D, Secure Chat, Rover is a plus.
• Familiarity with inpatient/OB nursing workflows.
• Strong interpersonal communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary support contact for the application’s end-users.
• Guide workflow design, build, test, and analyze system issues.
• Serve as liaison between end users and Epic implementation staff.
• Maintain regular communication with Epic representatives and project meetings.
• Develop understanding of operational needs to guide workflows.
• Participate in training and end-user support activities.
• Troubleshoot problems and questions related to the app.
• Review project status with leadership and stakeholders.
• Hold weekly status discussions on deliverables and milestones.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
