Job summary

Jupiter Medical Center in Palm Beach County is seeking an Epic Inpatient Application Analyst to configure and support Inpatient ClinDoc within the Epic EHR. You will liaise with end users, operational leaders, and vendors to design, build, and optimize applications, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.

The role requires healthcare knowledge, Epic experience, and strong communication to support clinical workflows and project deliverables across inpatient settings.

Qualifications

• Epic Certified in respective application upon hire or within 9 months
• Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional
• Prior analyst experience with inpatient clinical systems
• Knowledge of inpatient/OB nursing workflows; Clinical Documentation inc
• Strong interpersonal communication and organization skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary support contact for end users of Epic inpatient apps
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design, test, and optimize workflows in EHR
• Guide workflow design, build, test, and implement changes in Epic
• Maintain regular communication with Epic representatives and project team
• Troubleshoot problems and document issues and resolutions
• Participate in training and site visits to understand operational needs
