Job summary

Jupiter Medical Center in Palm Beach County seeks an experienced Epic Inpatient Application Analyst to configure and support Inpatient Order Entry, Provider Documentation and Infection Control within the Epic EHR. You will liaise with end users, operational leaders and Epic staff to design and optimize assigned applications.

Applicants should possess healthcare IT experience, Epic certification by hire or within 9 months, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Epic certification by hire or within 9 months.
Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
RN degree is preferred but not required.
Experience with inpatient order entry and infection control systems.
Knowledge of physician orders and downstream workflows.

Responsibilities

Configure and support Inpatient Order Entry, Provider Documentation and Infection Control in Epic EHR.
Serve as liaison between end users, leadership, and Epic staff to design and optimize applications.
Analyze business needs, workflows, and procedures to implement changes.
Collaborate on testing, documentation, and implementation of medium to high complexity tasks.
Maintain regular communication with Epic representatives and project teams.
Provide ongoing training and troubleshooting for end users.
Monitor project status, issues, and milestones with leadership.
