Tampa General Hospital, Inc. is seeking an IT Analyst II for Epic Inpatient ClinDoc in Tampa.

This role performs intermediate analysis, design, testing, training, implementation, and ongoing support for assigned applications and projects, while maintaining system documentation and liaising with IT vendors. Qualified candidates will have Epic Inpatient/ClinDoc certification, and at least two years of IT experience in build, test and support.

Qualifications

• Two years IT experience including build, test and support of applications.
• Epic Inpatient/ClinDoc certification and experience.

Responsabilités

• Perform intermediate analysis, configuration, testing, and support of Epic/ClinDoc systems.
• Conduct workflow analysis and contribute to system design and implementation.
• Maintain technical and functional documentation and client communications.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues and implement upgrades.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure thorough testing before production deployment.
