Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs advanced analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of complex application systems.
• Leads workflow analysis and solution design for enterprise initiatives.
• Manages full system lifecycle for projects including planning, testing, training, and implementation.
• Identifies and resolves complex system issues; escalates as needed and supports leadership in resolution.
• Mentors junior team members and coordinates with IT vendors for enhancements and support.
