Job summary

Jupiter Medical Center in Florida is seeking an Epic Inpatient Application Analyst to configure and support Inpatient Order Entry, Provider Documentation and Infection Control within the Epic EHR. The role requires coordination with end-users, project teams, and Epic staff to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.

The ideal candidate will be Epic Certified or eligible, with strong communication skills and experience in inpatient workflows, order entry, and related clinical systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in clinical, informatics, computer science, information systems, business computer systems, or equivalent experience in healthcare or IT.
• Epic Certification required or obtained within 9 months of hire.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with inpatient order entry, documentation, and infection control systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary support contact for end-users of the Epic inpatient applications.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting Epic modules and related teams.
• Guide workflow design, build, testing, and issue resolution for Epic software.
