Qualifications

• Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve moderately complex technical and workflow issues.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, vendors, and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ability to create, maintain, and update medium‑complexity technical and functional documentation.

Responsibilities

• Performs intermediate‑level analysis, configuration, testing, and support of assigned application systems and related technologies.
• Conducts workflow analysis and contributes to the design and implementation of system solutions.
• Supports the full system lifecycle for assigned projects and routine upgrades.
• Troubleshoots and resolves moderately complex application and system issues, escalating when necessary.
• Develops and maintains technical and functional documentation, including workflows and downtime procedures.
• Acts as liaison between IT vendors and Tampa General Hospital, coordinating resolution and upgrades.
• Participates in departmental or hospital committees, task forces, and focus groups to support initiatives.
• Mentors and supports junior team members through knowledge sharing and training.
• Ensures solutions are tested and meet functional requirements before production deployment.
