Job summary

St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is seeking a Clinical Applications Analyst I to partner with clinicians and information services to support Epic inpatient applications, including ClinDoc, Orders, Grand Central and OpTime.

This role emphasizes a customer mindset, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You'll gain hands-on experience with Epic, participate in projects to improve workflows, and pursue professional development including Epic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business or related field required.
• EPIC certification helpful but not required.
• Experience with SDLC methodologies and IT/business analysis in healthcare preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with clinicians, operational leaders and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and understand business requirements with business teams.
• Analyze processes to identify workflow improvements.
• Support maintenance, upgrades, and issue resolution for Epic apps.
• Document requirements and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Participate in testing, defect tracking and validation.
• Present findings and updates to team and stakeholders.
