St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is seeking a Clinical Applications Analyst I to partner with clinicians and Information Services to supportEpic inpatient applications and clinical workflows.

This role focuses on optimizing technology that supports exceptional patient care and requires strong collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders. The position offers opportunities to gain Epic certification and hands-on experience with Epic modules, contributing to meaningful projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business or related field required.
• It would be helpful to have an EPIC certification, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in meetings with business teams to elicit and understand business/process requirements.
• Conduct analyses to report emerging business needs; upscale problems when required.
• Support resolution of needs and requests of business teams within area, in coordination with other IT teams.
• Independently conduct activities related to assigned area around enterprise IT platforms/services.
• Assist in optimization of standardized/pre-described business requirement gathering support processes.
• Periodically present results to team in project meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet the goals and objectives of the department.
• Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and standardization efforts.
• Complete Epic training and certification requirements as assigned.
