Job summary

You will support and enhance workflows, document requirements, and help end users achieve better outcomes while advancing Epic certification and clinical expertise. The role involves coordinating with stakeholders, analyzing processes, and maintaining clear documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience with SDLC methodologies in a clinical IT setting.
• Ability to document and translate business IT needs into technical requirements.
• Foundational knowledge of clinical application support and business analysis.

Responsibilities

• Participate in meetings with business teams to elicit requirements and understand processes.
• Analyze and report on emerging business needs; escalate as needed.
• Support requests related to enterprise IT platforms/services with coordination across IT teams.
• Conduct activities around assigned areas and document communications with business teams.
• Present results and updates in project meetings and maintain project documentation.
