Crouse Medical Practice in Syracuse, NY seeks an Epic Informaticist to bridge clinical care, IT, and Epic teams. You will translate patient care needs into Epic workflows and support design, testing, training, implementation, adoption, optimization, and ongoing support of the Epic EHR.

The role utilizes clinical knowledge and data-driven analysis to improve usability, efficiency, quality, safety, and end-user experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.
• New York State RN or LPN license is required.
• Experience supporting EHR workflows, implementation activities, testing, training, or end users.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with clinicians, staff and leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Design standardized Epic workflows with clinicians, operational leaders, and analysts.
• Validate Epic build with application teams and execute testing; document results and track issues.
• Develop and deliver training materials; provide classroom, virtual and targeted remediation support.
• Assist with downtime planning, go-live readiness, and post-implementation optimization.
• Provide end-user support; triage issues and maintain knowledge base.
