Crouse Health is seeking an Epic Informaticist to serve as a key liaison between clinical areas, IT, and Epic application teams. The role translates patient care and business needs into Epic workflows, supporting design, testing, training, implementation, adoption, and ongoing optimization across the organization.

You will collaborate with clinical staff and physicians to improve usability, efficiency, safety, and the end-user experience, aligning with organizational goals and leading knowledge

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required in nursing, healthcare informatics, or healthcare-related field.
• Licensed as an RN or LPN in New York State.
• Experience with supporting EHR workflows, implementation, testing, training, or end users.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, facilitation, and organizational skills.

Mansioni

• Design standardized Epic workflows with clinicians and leaders.
• Validate Epic build through testing, and participate in go-live readiness activities.
• Lead training, adoption, and change-readiness initiatives across the organization.
• Identify opportunities for workflow optimization using end-user feedback and metrics.
• Provide responsive end-user support for Epic workflow and application questions; triage issues.
