CVS Health Corporation seeks a product leader to drive the Epic EHR platform and related clinical informatics tools. You will own the product lifecycle from ideation to delivery, coordinating with clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders to translate needs into actionable requirements.

With deep Epic expertise and a lean, data-driven approach, you will ensure adoption, quality, and safety across enterprise informatics initiatives to improve care delivery for patients and families served

Competenze

7-10 years in product management and healthcare informatics or health IT project management.
Deep Epic expertise: managing, configuring, or overseeing Epic modules/tools in a healthcare enterprise.
Ability to deliver complex healthcare technology projects on time and within scope.
Proven leader: drives strategic decisions, takes ownership, coordinates resources.
Highly collaborative: works with senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
Data-driven: uses data to measure product impact and outcomes.

Mansioni

Act as product owner for Epic and informatics solutions across clinical, operational, and competitive landscapes.
Own full product lifecycle for Epic tools from ideation to go-live, including vendor evaluations.
Create features, stories, and workflows for Epic products based on clinical insights and CX needs.
Translate strategic goals into actionable product requirements and project plans with milestones.
Partner with business, clinical, and operational teams to align product strategy with organizational objectives and OKRs.
Coordinate with engineering, data science, integration, and architecture teams in an agile environment to enhance Epic ecosystem.
Maintain risk and issue logs, assess risks, and establish escalation/resolution paths.
Lead cross-functional meetings with clear agendas, follow-ups, and accountability.
