CVS Health Corporation seeks a senior product leader to own Epic EHR and related clinical informatics tools, guiding strategy and execution from ideation through delivery with clinical, technical, and operational partners.

This role drives agile development, ensures safety and quality, crafts product requirements, and delivers executive‑level status updates while aligning with enterprise OKRs and business goals.

Competenze

• 7–10 years in product management/health IT
• Deep Epic expertise in configuring/overseeing Epic modules
• Ability to deliver complex healthcare technology projects on time
• Proven leadership and cross-functional coordination
• Strong collaboration with senior stakeholders
• Data-driven mindset to evaluate product impact
• Change management and driving user adoption

Mansioni

• Acts as the product owner for Epic and informatics solutions, understanding clinical and operational needs.
• Owns the full product lifecycle for Epic-based tools from ideation through go-live and vendor evaluations.
• Creates features and workflows for Epic products based on clinical insights and CX needs.
• Translates strategic goals into actionable product requirements and project plans.
• Partner with business and clinical teams to align product vision with organizational objectives and OKRs.
• Coordinates with engineering, data science, and architecture teams in agile processes.
• Maintains risk and issue logs with escalation pathways.
• Leads cross-functional meetings with clear agendas and accountability.
• Delivers executive-level reporting on product status and decisions.
• Supports training and change management for Epic releases.
