Qualifications

• 7–10 years of product management and healthcare informatics experience.
• Deep Epic platform expertise with hands-on configuration or oversight.

• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Data-driven with ability to translate analytics into product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the product owner for Epic and informatics solutions.
• Own full lifecycle from ideation to go-live with vendor evaluations.
• Create features and workflows based on clinical insights.
• Translate goals into clear product requirements and plans.
• Coordinate with engineering, data science, and architecture teams.
• Develop risk logs and manage issue resolution.
• Deliver executive-level reporting on status and risks.
• Support readiness and adoption through training.
• Assist in recruiting and developing product talent.
