Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned product leader to own the Epic EHR and related informatics tools. You will drive the product lifecycle from ideation through delivery, partnering with clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders to translate business and clinical needs into product requirements.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of product management and healthcare informatics or health IT project management experience.
• Deep Epic expertise, including hands-on experience with Epic software, modules, and tools.
• Ability to deliver complex healthcare technology projects on time and within scope.
• Proven leader with ability to drive decisions and coordinate resources.
• Highly collaborative with senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Data-driven mindset using analytics to measure product impact.
• Strong problem-solving, execution, and change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the product owner for Epic and informatics solutions and drive adoption, quality, and safety.
• Own the full product lifecycle for Epic tools and workflows from ideation to go-live.
• Create features, stories, and workflows based on clinical insights and CX needs.
• Translate strategic informatics goals into actionable product requirements and plans.
• Partner with business, clinical, and operational teams to define product strategy and OKRs.
• Coordinate with engineering, data science, integration, and architecture teams in an agile process.
• Develop and maintain risk and issue logs with escalation paths.
• Lead cross-functional meetings with clear agendas and accountability.
• Deliver executive-level reporting on product status, risks, and decisions.
