CVS Health Corporation is seeking an experienced Product Leader to drive the Epic EHR platform strategy and delivery. You will own the lifecycle for Epic-integrated solutions, collaborating with clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders to translate needs into clear product requirements.

Applying Epic expertise, user-centered design, and agile methodologies, you will drive adoption, quality, and safety across enterprise informatics initiatives, shaping how healthcare is delivered for

Qualificações

• 7-10 years in product management or health IT.
• Deep Epic expertise with hands-on Epic software experience.
• Ability to deliver complex healthcare technology on time.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Data-driven decision making and BI literacy.
• Experience translating clinical needs into product requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Act as product owner for Epic and informatics solutions and coordinate across teams.
• Own full lifecycle for Epic tools from ideation through go-live and vendor evaluations.
• Create features and workflows based on clinical insights and CX needs.
• Define execution plans with milestones and dependencies across workstreams.
• Coordinate with engineering, data science, and architecture in an agile environment.
• Deliver executive-level status reports on risks and decisions.
• Support readiness, training, and change management for releases.
