CVS Health is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead strategy and execution for the Epic EHR platform and related informatics tools. You will own the product lifecycle from ideation through delivery, partnering with clinical, technical, and operational teams to translate needs into actionable requirements.

You will apply Epic expertise, user-centered design, and agile methods to drive adoption, quality, and safety across enterprise informatics initiatives, improving healthcare delivery

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in product management and healthcare informatics or health IT project management
• Epic certification and hands-on Epic software experience
• Ability to deliver complex healthcare technology projects on time and within scope
• Proven leader able to drive strategic decisions and coordinate resources
• Highly collaborative with senior-level stakeholders in a matrixed environment
• Data-driven mindset using analytics to measure impact
• Adept at problem solving, execution, and driving adoption of clinical technology

Responsabilités

• Act as the product owner for Epic and informatics solutions across the lifecycle
• Own full lifecycle for Epic tools from ideation to go-live, including vendor evaluations
• Create features, stories, and workflows based on clinical insights and CX needs
• Translate goals into actionable product requirements and project plans
• Partner with business, clinical, and operational teams to align with OKRs
• Coordinate with engineering, data science, integration, and architecture teams
• Develop risk and issue logs with mitigation strategies
• Deliver executive-level status reports on risks, decisions, and progress
• Support readiness and adoption through training and change management teams
• Assist domain leaders in recruiting and developing product talent
