Montage Health in California seeks a System Analyst II to support Epic Healthy Planet and related analytics in a remote-local California role. You will lead validation, testing, upgrades, and end-user support for the EHR environment.

This full-time position requires CA residency, Epic certification within 90 days, strong communication, project management and customer service skills, and ability to work with clinical and IT teams from home or Monterey-area offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in healthcare or related field.
• Epic certification in Epic Healthy Planet and Compass Rose Analytics/Clinical Build within required timeframe.
• Excellent communication and customer service with strong analytical abilities.
• Experience with Epic software and IT ticketing systems.

Responsabilités

• Support build, maintenance, break/fix and optimization of Epic applications.
• Lead testing, validation and deployment in multiple environments.
• Collaborate with clinical informatics, end users and IT teams.
• Provide end-user training and on-call support.
• Manage upgrades and service updates.
• Document issues and follow SOPs and templates.
