Job summary

Epic is seeking a Trainer to join the Madison, WI campus, leading in-person and virtual training for physicians, nurses, and healthcare users. You will be the first point of contact for staff, guiding their transition to Epic while shaping training from design to material development.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will craft workflow-based content and tailor training for organizations, contributing to projects that make our software more intuitive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or higher required.
• Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred.
• A history of academic and professional success.
• Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days, with typical month trips lasting 2-4 days.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities
