Job summary

Fitness Connection is seeking a Front Desk Hospitality teammate in Mesquite, TX for a part-time role. You will warmly welcome members and guests, handle check-ins, registrations, and inquiries, and help create the energetic, friendly environment the club is known for.

As a Front Desk teammate you will be the first point of contact, provide excellent service, and support members with introductions to Fitness Consultants and programs while upholding company policies and a strong team spirit.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Prior hospitality/customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform demanding gym floor duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet all Members/Guests with EPIC greetings & farewells.
• Check each member into the gym using proper check-in procedures.
• Register all guests into the gym using proper registration procedures.
• Answer the telephone promptly with appropriate Fitness Connection verbiage.
• Direct Telephone Inquiries (TI) to the appropriate Fitness Consultant.
• Ensure guests and appointments are directed to the correct FC in a timely, professional manner.
