Job summary

Galent is seeking an experienced Epic Grand Central Analyst to support the implementation, optimization, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of Epic Grand Central.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with patient access, ADT, registration, and hospital workflows, and will work closely with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into effective Epic solutions through testing, deployments, and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Epic applications, preferably in healthcare.
• Hands-on experience with Epic Grand Central.
• Strong understanding of ADT, patient registration, and hospital workflows.
• Experience gathering requirements with business/clinical stakeholders.
• Experience testing, upgrades, implementations, and production support.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Epic Grand Central based on requirements.
• Support ADT and patient access workflows.
• Analyze workflows and recommend improvements for operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into Epic solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Participate in upgrades, testing, and new functionality implementations.
• Develop and execute test plans including UAT.
• Create documentation and support procedures.
