Maintain advanced knowledge of Epic Grand Central functionality and its downstream impacts across enterprise.
Lead cross-functional teams in developing Epic Grand Central enhancements and workflow improvements.
Oversee Epic Grand Central design, build, configuration, maintenance, and validation to align with bed planning, census, and end-user requirements.
Perform complex analysis, build, and optimization of Epic Grand Central workflows for patient movement and throughput.
Meet regularly with clinical and operational teams to evaluate workflow issues and identify opportunities to improve throughput and safety.
