Job summary

Gundersen Health System seeks an Application Analyst Associate – SER to support Epic patient access applications and workflows. You will collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to maintain scheduling, eligibility, and registration solutions that enhance patient and caregiver experience.

This fulltime role offers remote work options for WI, MN, or IA residents with occasional on-site needs in La Crosse or Green Bay, WI.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting healthcare applications or Epic patient access workflows.
• Experience with Epic modules such as Cadence, Prelude, Grand Central (ADT), Referrals, or RTE preferred.
• Epic certification or willingness to obtain certification as required.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Support Epic patient access applications including Scheduling, Eligibility, Registration and related workflows.
• Troubleshoot basic application issues and provide end user support.
• Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to ensure optimal system performance.
• Monitor applications during maintenance, upgrades and implementations and assist with data integrity auditing.
