Job summary

Teceze USA in Ringgold, GA is seeking an IT Desktop Support specialist to deploy, install, configure, and validate clinical IT devices. You will provide hands-on support during Epic go-live and assist with post-deployment stabilization in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities include workstation and peripheral setup, printer/scanner troubleshooting, and basic network diagnostics, with strong emphasis on customer service and collaboration with end users and project teams.

Qualifications

Desktop support experience in a professional environment.
Printer and scanner installation and troubleshooting.
Workstation and peripheral configuration.
Basic network connectivity troubleshooting.
Healthcare IT experience is preferred.
Epic go-live or clinical deployment experience is a plus.
Hypercare/post-go-live support experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Deploy, install, configure, and validate IT devices and peripherals.
Set up and troubleshoot workstations, printers, scanners, WOWs, and other clinical/IT devices.
Provide hands-on IT support during the Epic go-live period.
Troubleshoot hardware, connectivity, configuration, and deployment issues.
Perform post-deployment stabilization and hypercare support.
Coordinate with project teams, site personnel, and end users to resolve issues quickly.
Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in a healthcare environment.
